CEO & Managing Director, Paul Moore

Paul-Moore-web-newPaul Moore has over 32 years of experience in numerous management and technical  roles for Woodside, Santos, Fletcher Challenge Energy, Shell International, and immediately previously as Managing Director of ASX junior, Otto Energy. Paul’s professional background is in major upstream development and commercialisation projects across multiple continents. Paul was appointed as CEO SLM in September 2014.

Paul is a secondee of The Todd Corporation which he joined in 2011 as CEO of its subsidiary Todd Energy and as EVP Upstream Energy and Resources. Paul is a Chartered Engineer (UK), a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and a SPE member for 30+ years.

President, Barry Williamson

B Williamson_webBarry Williamson is an attorney with more than 30 years of experience in executive roles for Turpin, Smith, Dyer and Saxe Law Firm, Westech Capital and Tejas Incorporated. Barry also received Director appointments to the U.S. Department of Energy and the U.S. Department of Interior. Barry acted as director and chairman of numerous boards and commissions including the Texas Railroad Commission, Interstate Oil and Gas Commission, and the Texas Alternative Fuels Commission.

Barry is currently Founder, Director, President and CEO of ZEEP Management (U.S.), Inc. and President of the SLM Project.

Chief Financial Officer, Sandra Bell

S Bell_webSandra Bell is a Chartered Accountant (NZ) with 25 years professional experience. Sandra was appointed into her role in 2012 as a secondee from the Todd Corporation, with whom she has been employed since 2004.   Prior to secondment, Sandra served as Vice President of Health, Safety and Environment, Human Resources, Procurement, IT, Corporate Affairs and Administration in the Todd Corporation Ltd .

Her Prior role was as Finance Manager of Todd Energy’s subsidiary, Nova Gas, a role which included both financial and commercial leadership of a succession of customer strategies and acquisitions across the Nova brand for Gas, LPG and Solar. Prior to joining Todd in 2004, Sandra worked for 15 years employed by Fonterra (12 years) and IBM (3 years) in senior accounting and graduate development roles respectively.

Executive Vice President Commercial and Legal, Jacob Roorda

J RoordaJacob Roorda has over 35 years of experience in Canada serving in various technical and management roles in Canada’s upstream and financial services industry.

Jacob has previously been employed as VP Energy Research, VP Business Development, VP Corporate, Managing Director of Investment Banking, President and CEO for BZW, Fletcher Challenge, Prime West Energy, Research Capital Corporation, Harvest Energy, and Canoe Financial respectively.

Jacob joined Todd in 2011 and is CEO of Todd Energy Canada and a Director of South Louisiana Methanol. In July 2016 Jacob was appointed to the role of Executive Vice President Commercial and Legal, South Louisiana Methanol. Jacob will undertake this role in conjunction with his current responsibilities as CEO of Todd Energy Canada.

Executive Vice President Operations, Brian Jones

Brian Jones webBrian Jones has 34 years of experience in numerous operating and project management roles with Nova Chemicals, Methanex, Pacific Ammonia (Indonesia), KemeX, and WorleyParsons. Brian’s experience include leading the commercialisation of Mitsui & Co. Ltd’s Pacific Ammonia world scale facility where Brian served as the company’s President and Chairman.

Over his career, Brian has been involved on many front-end pursuits including methanol and ammonia projects in Qatar, Algeria, Saudi Arabia, Azerbaijan, Libya and East Central Africa. Prior to joining the Todd Corporation, Brian was General Manager/Country Director for WorleyParsons’ 600 person United Arab Emirates business unit, Brian was appointed to his current role in SLM in March 2014 and is a secondee of the Todd Corporation. Brian holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Alberta and is a member of the New Zealand Institute of Directors.
